Coffee Cake Ending

It is 5 o'clock on Christmas Day, and the coffee cake has been diminished to a sliver of its former self.

So despite its appearance, it was deemed delicious by all.

Especially the 5-year-old.

    Of course, nothing better, warm home, Christmas, a fire in the fireplace and Mom's coffee cake. What else can a 5 year old want?
